Conditions for the Return of Goods

  1. The sale and purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer submits an order to the Seller by any electronic means, including by telephone, email or through the online store.
  2. Upon termination of the Agreement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid for the returned goods no later than 5 days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer’s request to terminate the Agreement. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to receive the refund by another method.
  3. In cases where suppliers charge fees for the return of goods, such fees shall be passed on to the Buyer and deducted from the refund amount. The Buyer shall be informed of any such potential additional fees before the goods are returned.
  4. The cost of delivering the returned goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer if the goods are not being returned due to the Seller’s fault or because of defects in the goods.
  5. If the Buyer has been sold a non-food product of inadequate quality and the Seller has not disclosed or agreed with the Buyer on the defects of the product, the Buyer shall have the right, at their discretion, to require the Seller to:
    • replace the defective product with a product of adequate quality;
    • reduce the purchase price accordingly;
    • remedy the defects of the product free of charge within a reasonable period of time;
    • unilaterally terminate the sale and purchase agreement and request a refund of the amount paid for the product.
  6. Goods may be exchanged or returned at the place of purchase or at another location designated by the Seller that is convenient for the Buyer:
    • The Buyer shall submit a written request to the Seller specifying the defects of the product. The request must be accompanied by a cash register receipt, sales receipt or other document confirming the purchase of the product from the Seller, as well as the warranty document, if one was issued.
    • If the Buyer fails to provide a cash register receipt or another document issued in accordance with the applicable procedure confirming the purchase of the product from the Seller, the product may be exchanged or any other remedy specified by the Buyer under Clause 5 of these Terms may be provided only with the Seller’s consent.
    • If the Seller proves that the defects in the product occurred because the Buyer failed to comply with the product’s operating or storage requirements, the product shall not be exchanged, the defects shall not be remedied free of charge, and the purchase price shall not be refunded.
    • If you have any questions regarding the return of goods, please contact us by email at info@reimpex.lt.
